About us: MCI Turkiye was  established in 2004 by Çağla Çebi in Ankara. Although MCI Türkiye was newly established company, it is flourishing rapidly with the experiences of its owner and the other educational counselors. MCI Türkiye strives for creating new projects and programs constantly. Since February 2005 MCI Türkiye offered international Education seminars at various universities and realized visa seminars with the participation of  US Embassy. In addition, MCI Türkiye sponsored the Network Meeting which was organized by Mezun.com in summer of 2005 at Galatasaray University in İstanbul. MCI Türkiye is the permanent sponsor of the international language schools program of Mezun.com throughout the year.

MCI Türkiye Administrative Team :

Cagla Cebi:

Cagla Cebi is the founder of MCI Turkiye. Her first work experience was at the Capital Radio as a PR Coordinator and a part time Dj. Then, she joined one of the International Educational Counselling companies in Turkey as a Director and mainly worked actively for the advancement of the departments of Academic Counselling and Work and Travel USA. She completed her undergraduate studies in England. Between the years 1995-1997, she completed  her A levels and then she pursued her undergraduate studies at the department of PPE, concentrated on Philiospy (Philosophy, Politics, Economy) in Mansfield College, Oxford University,

Tebeta Aylin Gedelec :

Tebeta Gedelec is an Educational Counselor in MCI Turkiye. She has worked as a translator in several international trade firms and also worked in the fair and workshop organization before joining MCI Turkiye team. Besides her journeys abroad, she also hold a work experience at cruise liner in USA. Between the years 1993-1997, she studied Public Relations and Publicity at Communication Faculty in Gazi University. She had her M.A. degree from Bilkent University, department of history. Her field of study was American History.

Pelin Cebi:

Pelin Cebi, is the USA representative of MCI Turkiye. Pelin Cebi has completed her  6 months internship as a Public Relations Specialist at Saxon Group in New York city. She studied English Literature between the years 1998-2000 at Bilkent University.  Currently, she is a final year student at Montclair State University at the department of Communication, Media and PR. At the same time, she is an international educational counselor  at the Global Education Center of Montclair State University.

Cagda Zirh:
Cagda Zirh, is the representative of England branch of MCI Türkiye. She studied at Middle East Technical University – department of Geological Engineering (METU – Ankara / Turkey) between the years 1997 and 2001. After a year in professional life, she studied Engineering Management MSc programme at METU – department of Industrial Engineering between the years 2002 and 2004. In this period, she has also directed a cost accounting project at METU Alumni Association. After graduation, Mrs. Zirh applied similar kind of project at a private hospital in Ankara. She also attended several workshops related with Marketing & Advertising, Leadership, and Management during her studies. In the summer of 2004 she moved to Norway for 3 months and voluntarily worked at, Chateu Neuf, the biggest student association in Norway. She participated to MCI Türkiye in September 2005, and she is currently contributing to our organization as the representative of England.
